- What you send us. When you use the quote form, we receive your name, phone number, email, project address or town, project type, budget range (if you choose one) and your message, plus the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters).
- Calls, texts and emails. If you contact us directly, we keep the details you give us so we can reply and quote your project.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to you, arrange a consultation and prepare an estimate.
- To carry out and support work you hire us for.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run the business, such as our website host and the form service that delivers your message to us, and only as needed for them to do that job. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and, if you become a client, for as long as our records for your project need to be kept.
Your choices
